• What is a Pro ID and why do I need it?
  • You’ll receive your Pro ID after creating an account or logging into the Fuel Rewards Pro app. Enter this ID when you fill up at least 10 gallons for work, and you’ll earn a 5¢/gal reward to use on a future personal fill-up of up to 20 gallons.
• When should I use my Pro ID?
  • We suggest using the Pro ID when you are filling up for work and paying with an employee-issued payment card or if you will be reimbursed for the cost of fuel. You will earn a 5¢/gal reward for each qualifying fill-up of 10 gallons or more using this ID.
• When should I use my Personal ID?
  • Use your Personal ID (ALT ID) when you are ready to redeem rewards on your own fill-ups
• Can I earn Pro rewards at all Shell Stations?
  • Pro Rewards are only available at sites shown in the Fuel Rewards Pro mobile app. Due to limitations in dispenser technology some Shell stations, including many Circle K stores , do not allow for earning Pro rewards.

To qualify for this offer you must 1) be a Fuel Rewards^® member 2) enter your Pro ID (777+Alt ID) before you fuel at a participating Shell station (your Pro ID is only available by downloading the Fuel Rewards Pro^® mobile app and either creating a Fuel Rewards^® account or logging in with your existing Fuel Rewards^® credentials); and 3) purchase at least ten (10) gallons of fuel at a participating Shell station (collectively, a “Qualifying Pro Purchase”). Upon making a Qualifying Pro Purchase, you will earn a 5^¢/gal reward. Rewards will be added to your Fuel Rewards^® account immediately after making a Qualifying Pro Purchase. Redeem Fuel Rewards^® savings with your Personal ID (Alt ID), available in the Fuel Rewards Pro^® mobile app, at participating Shell stations. Subject to the terms of this offer, rewards earned from a Qualifying Pro Purchase will stack with rewards available from Gold status for savings of at least 10^¢/gal for Fuel Rewards Pro^® members (“Members”). The Fuel Rewards^® savings earned through a Qualifying Pro Purchase expire on the last day of the month immediately following the month in which they are earned. When purchasing fuel for work, it is your responsibility to comply with your company policy concerning fuel purchases. Shell and Excentus make no representation or warranty as to the tax effect of the Fuel Rewards Pro^® program (the “Program”) on any Member or any Member's company. Each Member of the Program should conduct its own analysis of the tax effect resulting from its participation in the Program and obtain legal and tax advice as it deems necessary based on its own specific facts and circumstances. Redemption of Fuel Rewards^® savings are limited to 20 gallons of fuel per purchase, per vehicle, or fraud limits placed by Shell and/or limits placed on their financial card by their financial institution, each of which may be lower. Fuel Rewards^® savings must be redeemed in a single transaction. Once you begin to dispense fuel using your Fuel Rewards^® savings, you must dispense to the 20-gallon limit or you forfeit any remaining discounted gallons of fuel. For example, if you only pump fifteen (15) gallons of fuel, you would abandon the remaining five (5) gallons of discounted fuel. If you have a rewards balance greater than the current per-gallon price of fuel, the price will roll down to the maximum capability of the fuel equipment, and your remaining rewards will be saved for a future fuel purchase. It may not be possible to combine multiple discounts and/or rewards in a single transaction. Dispenser may require a price of up to 10.9 cents per gallon.
