By turning on location services, the app is able to find ways to earn and places to redeem rewards that are close to your current position. If locaiton services are turned off, the app will find locations near the zipcode in your profile.

The mobile app will retain some information in the app while it is opened. If you find data is not mirroring what you see online, simply close the app completely and then restart the app. In certain cases, you may need to log out and back in.

We use push notifications to send you updates on new promotions and ways to earn in your area. If you would prefer to not be bothered with alerts when you are using the app, you may change the setting on your phone to only allow push notices show up in the app message box.

First, check to see if you have a data connection, either via your wireless carrier or WI-FI. If not, you should enable data connectivy. If you are still not finding offers nearby, it could be that you are in an area with limited sites participating in the Fuel Rewards program. You may want to view the map and try expanding your search area. Should you still not be able to find any locations nearby, please contact our support team.

The Fuel Rewards^® program uses your information to provide you with the most relevant offers possible based on your location, etc. We share your information with Shell Oil Products, US and its affiliated companies and their respective advertising, promotions and public relations companies. The use of your information by Shell is subject to the Fuel Rewards^® program privacy policy.

The Fuel Rewards^® member status tiers are Platinum, Gold, and Silver. All new members receive Complimentary Gold Status with a savings of 5¢/gal for the Introductory Period. After that period, members will need to fill up with at least 10 gallons six times or more during the qualification period to maintain Gold Status. Otherwise, Status moves to Silver with a 3¢/gal savings. To advance to Platinum Status, with a savings of 10¢/gal, members will need to fill up 12 times with at least 10 gallons or 6 fill-ups of Shell V-Power^® NiTRO+ Premium Gasoline of at least 10 gallons during the 3-month qualification period. Existing Fuel Rewards^® members that have Gold Status as of July 17, 2023, will receive Complimentary Gold status through December 31, 2024. Qualification Periods and Benefit Periods will be done on quarterly cycles (January - March (Q1), April-June (Q2), July-September(Q3), October-December (Q4).

The qualification period to determine your status for the next benefit quarter will be the prior quarter. If, at any time in your evaluation period you meet the requirements of a higher tier, you will be immediately upgraded to the higher tier for the rest of the current period and you will remain at the higher tier through the next period. To maintain your Gold Status after your Complimentary Gold period ends, you will need to have filled up at least 6 times in the previous qualification period. That's only two times per month. For example, if you join in February, you will receive Complimentary Gold status through the end of June. To maintain your Status for July-September, you must fill up 6 times between February and June. To maintain your Status for October-December, you must fill up 6 times between July-September. Platinum Status is the most rewarding tier of the Fuel Rewards^® program. At a participating Shell station, enter your Alt ID or swipe your Fuel Rewards^® card or a credit or debit card opted in to Link & Save^™. If you pay inside, present one of these methods to the attendant.

Set up your Alt ID in your account profile. You will need to provide your mobile phone number to create a new Alt ID.

Not Yet. Availability of ALT ID will be launched in a rolling fashion throughout the end of the year. You will notice a change at the prompts at the pump and inside the store when ALT ID is available.

The amount greater than the per-gallon price will simply roll over to your next fill-up. For example, if a gallon of gas is $3.50 and you have $4.00 in Fuel Rewards^® savings, you will be able to roll over 50¢/gal to your next fill-up.

You may use a Fuel Rewards^® card, Alt ID, or a credit or debit card opted in to Link & Save^™. If you would like to get a Fuel Rewards^® card, you may pick one up at a Shell station and link it to your account or request one to be mailed to you when you sign up.

If your Fuel Rewards^® card is lost or stolen, contact Member Support.

If you would like to save your available rewards for another fill-up and still receive your rewards from your Member status, select "No" when prompted "Redeem $X.XX/gal Y/N?"

To be rewarded for eligible purchases made with the card linked to your Fuel Rewards^® account.

You can link Mastercard^®, Visa^® and American Express^® payment cards to your account and earn Fuel Rewards^® savings with participating restaurants. Offer valid with linked:

• Mastercard^® credit, signature debit and signature prepaid cards,
• Visa^® credit and signature debit cards, and/or
• American Express^® credit and prepaid cards.

Use the Fuel Rewards^® mobile app or go to Manage Cards page and click on “Add Card.”

For Winn-Dixie, BI-LO, Harveys Supermarket, and Fresco y Más, you must swipe your fully registered SE Grocers rewards card at a participating Shell station to link it to your Fuel Rewards^® account. Go to SEGRewards.com to fully register with SE Grocers rewards.

For Stop & Shop shoppers, you must link your Fuel Rewards^® account through your Stop & Shop online account.

For Giant Food shoppers, you must link your Fuel Rewards^® account through your Giant online account.

You may link your Hy-Vee, Homeland, and Country Mart on the Manage Loyalty Cards page. Scroll to the bottom of the Loyalty Cards and Accounts section and click “Link Card or Account.”

IGS Energy accounts must be linked at the IGS Energy website.

You can check your balance and view expiring rewards online, text BALANCE to 83835, or download the mobile app.
