To qualify for this offer, you must register either as a new Fuel Rewards^® member or log in with your existing Fuel Rewards^® member information and successfully link your Grubhub account to your Fuel Rewards^® account by following the instructions at grubhub.com/partner/shell. Only the Grubhub order subtotal (inclusive of any discounts but excluding any applicable sales taxes, fees, tips, and donations) will qualify towards spend accrual (“Qualifying Purchase”). Additionally, orders must be fully paid for by you and fulfilled in order to qualify. For clarity, duplicate, fraudulent, canceled, refunded orders and /or orders that were placed in violation or breach of the Grubhub Terms of Use do not qualify as a Qualifying Purchase as determined by Grubhub. Upon completing $50 in Qualifying Purchases during the Offer Period, you will earn a 5¢/gal reward to be used (maximum of twenty (20) gallons) on your next fill-up at participating Shell stations during the Offer Period. Rewards will be posted to your Fuel Rewards^® account within one (1) to two (2) business days of earning the Spend and Get Reward on Grubhub using your Grubhub account and such reward s may be combined with other rewards in your Fuel Rewards^® account. To redeem Spend and Get Rewards, you must go to a participating Shell location when you are ready to purchase fuel, identify yourself as a Fuel Rewards^® member by entering your Fuel Rewards^® Card, ALT ID or linked payment card and indicate that you would like to redeem the Spend and Get Reward on your fill-up purchase. For all offers listed above, these terms apply. Void where prohibited, only available in the US. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable offer terms, Fuel Rewards^® savings are limited to 20 gallons of fuel per purchase per vehicle or fraud limits placed by Grubhub, Shell and/or limits placed on your payment card by your financial institution, each of which may be lower. Dispenser may require a price of up to $0.109/gallon. Once you begin to dispense fuel using your Fuel Rewards^® savings, you must dispense to the applicable offer’s gallon limit or you forfeit any remaining discounted gallons of fuel. If rewards from multiple offers are combined in a redemption, the lowest gallon limit for such offers will apply. If you have a rewards balance greater than the current per-gallon price of fuel, the price will roll down to the maximum capability of the fuel equipment, and your remaining rewards will be saved for a future fuel purchase.
