1. Do I need to enroll my The Home Depot^® Commercial Credit Card with the Fuel Rewards^® program to receive Fuel Rewards^® savings?
2. Yes. Account holders who have an eligible The Home Depot Commercial Revolving Charge or an eligible The Home Depot Commercial Account must enroll for the Fuel Rewards® program to receive Fuel Rewards^® savings through The Home Depot Commercial Credit Fuel Offer. Enrollment allows these account holders to link their The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card to a new or existing Fuel Rewards^® account and request Fuel Rewards^® card(s) for redeeming rewards.

1. Who can enroll?
2. Only The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card account holder responsible for payment may enroll for the Fuel Rewards^® program. Eligible The Home Depot Commercial Credit Cards include The Home Depot Commercial Revolving Charge and The Home Depot Commercial Account. Once The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card account holder responsible for payment enrolls for the Fuel Rewards^® program, all of The Home Depot Commercial Credit Cards associated with the account holder’s account are eligible to receive Fuel Rewards^® savings through The Home Depot based upon their qualifying credit card purchases and will contribute to one shared Fuel Rewards^® savings balance. Exceptions may apply.

1. What are the qualifications for enrollment?
2. In order to be eligible for earning Fuel Rewards^® savings through The Home Depot, your The Home Depot Commercial Revolving Charge or The Home Depot Commercial Account must:
   • Be a valid account in good standing with the account’s financial institution, Citibank, N.A.
   • Not be a government, embassy, or donation account
   For Parent/Child relationships, the account that receives the statement must be the one to enroll. The Parent account must enroll in the program first if they receive the statements for the children. Once that has been completed, all of the accounts the Parent receives the statement for will receive the benefit. If a Child account receives their own statement, they must enroll individually.

1. How do I enroll?
2. Visit HomeDepot.com/CardBenefits to learn more and to enroll. You must be the account holder responsible for payment of an eligible The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card and you will need your The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card at the time of enrollment. Upon enrollment, you will begin earning Fuel Rewards^® savings on purchases made with your enrolled The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card. Once you have enrolled your eligible The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card, all buyer ID cards will also be enrolled. Exceptions may apply.

1. I am unable to complete the enrollment process due to eligibility, why?
2. There are restrictions on who may enroll their The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card for the Fuel Rewards^® program. The following are possible reasons why you were unable to complete the enrollment process:
   • The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card is already enrolled in the Fuel Rewards^® program.
   • Your account is not The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card account responsible for payment. Only The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card account responsible for payment may enroll for the Fuel Rewards^® program. Once such account is enrolled, all associated accounts will automatically be enrolled. Exceptions may apply.
   • Your The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card is not eligible for enrollment with the Fuel Rewards^® program at this time.
   • Your The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card is a government account, donation or embassy and such accounts are not eligible for enrollment with the Fuel Rewards^® program.
   • You attempted to enroll your account with an e-mail address that already exists on the Fuel Rewards^® program. If you wish to link additional The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card accounts to your existing Fuel Rewards^® account, please call Citibank, N.A. customer service at 855-483-0352. Please have your account information available when you call.

1. What is the Fuel Rewards^® program?
2. The Home Depot has teamed up with the Fuel Rewards^® program to save you money on fuel. Now you can earn Fuel Rewards^® savings on purchases made with your The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card(s). These rewards can be redeemed for Fuel Rewards^® savings at more than 11,000 participating Shell and other select fuel stations across the U.S. To learn more about the Fuel Rewards^® program and additional earning opportunities visit fuelrewards.com/homedepot.

Earning Rewards

1. What are Fuel Rewards^® savings?
2. Fuel Rewards^® savings are cents per gallon savings that you earn by making purchases at The Home Depot with your enrolled The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card(s). Fuel Rewards^® savings are used to lower your price per gallon at the pump at participating Shell and other select fuel stations.

1. How do I earn Fuel Rewards^® savings?
2. After enrolling an eligible The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card for the Fuel Rewards^® program, you will automatically earn at least10¢/gal for every $100 of qualifying purchases made using your enrolled The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card(s). Spend is accrued until a reward is earned. It’s that easy! Additional promotional offers may apply in select markets. Void where prohibited by law.

1. How much can I save?
2. There is no limit to the amount of Fuel Rewards^® savings you can earn. If your Fuel Rewards^® savings exceed the price per gallon, your remaining balance may be used on future purchases if used prior to expiration of those rewards.

1. What if I don’t spend $100 in a single trip to The Home Depot?
2. No problem! We keep track of your spending. When you reach a cumulative spend of $100 in qualifying purchases across one or multiple visits to The Home Depot, you’ll earn at least 10¢/gal in Fuel Rewards^® savings. Additional promotional offers may apply in select markets.

1. What are qualifying purchases?
2. Nearly all purchases made at The Home Depot using an enrolled The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card qualify for Fuel Rewards^® savings. Qualifying purchases exclude the following: general purpose prepaid gift cards and general purpose reloadable cards, shipping, taxes, fees, fuel and all The Home Depot fuel store purchases. Qualifying products and services are subject to change from time to time. Returns will result in deducting from The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card’s qualifying Fuel Rewards^® program spend threshold. Fuel Rewards^® savings cannot be earned on purchases made prior to the date of enrollment.

1. Do I need to present my Fuel Rewards^® card when making purchases at The Home Depot?
2. No. Just make purchases with your enrolled The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card to earn rewards. Your Fuel Rewards^® card only needs to be used to redeem Fuel Rewards^® savings at participating Shell and other select fuel stations. Redeeming Rewards

1. How do I redeem Fuel Rewards^® savings?
2. Redeem Fuel Rewards^® savings with your Fuel Rewards^® card at participating Shell stations and other select fuel stations. Insert your Fuel Rewards^® card at the pump before your method of payment and watch your price drop. Fuel Rewards^® savings are good for up to 20 gallons of fuel per purchase, per vehicle.

1. When will my Fuel Rewards^® savings be available for redemption?
2. Your Fuel Rewards^® savings will typically be available for redemption within 4 days after each $100 spend threshold is met.

1. How do I redeem Fuel Rewards^® savings at the pump?
2. 1. If paying at the dispenser, follow the screen prompts to initiate Fuel Rewards^® savings.
   2. Insert your Fuel Rewards^® card BEFORE you insert your payment card.
   3. Select your form of payment and fuel grade.
   4. Watch the price drop based on the amount of Fuel Rewards^® savings you have earned. (Fuel Rewards^® savings are limited to 20 gallons of fuel per purchase per vehicle.)

1. Who can redeem Fuel Rewards^® savings?
2. Upon enrollment for the Fuel Rewards^® program at HomeDepot.com/CardBenefits, you may request up to a maximum of 4 Fuel Rewards^® cards for use to redeem Fuel Rewards^® savings. The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card account holder will control access to the Fuel Rewards^® cards associated with their Fuel Rewards^® account for redemption of rewards. All Fuel Rewards^® cards associated with a Fuel Rewards^® account will have equal access to Fuel Rewards^® savings in that account. Fuel Rewards^® savings are redeemed on a first come, first served basis. After a redemption transaction, your Fuel Rewards^® savings balance will reset to zero unless you have a balance greater than the price per gallon, in which case your remaining Fuel Rewards® savings balance will remain in your account and can be applied to your next fuel purchase if used prior to expiration of those rewards.

1. How can I track my Fuel Rewards^® savings?
2. The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card account holder will receive a monthly account statement email from the Fuel Rewards^® program with Fuel Rewards^® savings account activity. The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card account holder can also track Fuel Rewards^® savings by logging in to their Fuel Rewards^® account online at fuelrewards.com/homedepot or by downloading the Fuel Rewards^® mobile app for iPhone or Android™.

1. How do I order more Fuel Rewards^® cards?
2. Additional Fuel Rewards^® cards can be requested by calling 855-483-0352. Be sure to have your Home Depot account number available.

1. Are there redemption limits?
2. Fuel Rewards^® savings are valid for a one-time use. Fuel Rewards^® savings are limited to 20 gallons of fuel per purchase, per vehicle, or fraud limits placed by the fuel station and/or limits placed on your payment card by your financial institution, each of which may be lower. Dispenser may require a price of up to 10.9¢/gal. For purchases of $75 or more, please go inside to pay. Unbranded diesel and alternative fuels may not be eligible. After your redemption transaction, your Fuel Rewards^® savings balance will reset to zero unless you have a balance greater than the price per gallon, in which case your remaining Fuel Rewards® savings balance will remain in your account and can be applied to your next fuel purchase if used prior to expiration of those rewards.

1. What if my Fuel Rewards^® savings are more than the price of fuel?
2. If you have earned Fuel Rewards^® savings that exceed the price per gallon of fuel, your Fuel Rewards^® savings balance above the maximum allowed discount per gallon will remain in your Fuel Rewards^® account and can be applied to your next fuel purchase if used prior to expiration of those rewards. For example, if you have $4.00 per gallon in Fuel Rewards^® savings, and you purchase 20 gallons of fuel at $3.50 per gallon, the remaining $0.50 per gallon will remain in your Fuel Rewards^® account. Please note that depending on the type of fuel equipment, there may be a minimum charge per gallon of fuel purchased ranging from $0.019 to $0.109 cents per gallon regardless of the amount of your Fuel Rewards^® savings.

1. If I lose my Fuel Rewards^® card, how do I get a new one?
2. Additional Fuel Rewards^® cards can be requested by calling 855-483-0352. Be sure to have your Home Depot account number available.

1. Do my Fuel Rewards^® savings expire?
2. Yes. Fuel Rewards^® savings will expire on the last day of the month immediately following the month in which they were earned.
   
   Example: If you earn Fuel Rewards^® savings on May 5, those rewards will expire on June 30. Expiration only applies to rewards that have been earned, but does not apply to purchases that have yet to hit your $100 spend threshold; spend will continue to accrue until a reward is earned regardless of the amount of time that has passed between qualifying The Home Depot Commercial Credit Card purchases.
